Great graphics. I like the way the podium becomes the PPT presentation. Nice discussion too.

I was at your presentation at Leonard's and thought it was very worthwhile. You're a very good motivator. Thank you.

Very interesting. That functional loss graph was very enlightening. I better start to exercise or I'll be using a walker any day.

There was a recent article in the newspaper that stated that the majority of Baby Boomers were destined to become disabled after age 60. I remember hearing you say in your presentation that if you're physically inactive that's likely to happen. That's pretty scary. I liked your presentation. Barry, you're right when you say "You have to fight for function."

Barry,

I enjoyed your video presentation. Thanks for sharing that with us. I am a personal trainer/fitness consultant that conducts private training for a population ranging from 40s-60s. You points are so relevant today. I began my personal fitness journey at 58 and now at 63 I am in better shape than through my mid 30s to mid 50s. I lost over 110 pounds, dropped from 38% body fat to 18% and increased muscles by 25 lbs. I am a personal testimony to your points. I learned from my journey the importance of knowledge, and how powerful it is in helping to reach and sustain, what I mention in my book as Total Fitness. In fact I placed it in my model I use with my clients Education + Nutrition + Optimal Movement = Total Fitness. I believe people are now beginning to see personal training as an investment in their life, not just a luxury expense. Please keep up the good work and continue to spread your knowledge. Best wishes.

"To exercise or not to exercise" ... now that's a great question. You gave a great answer.
